I think, in recent times, language is no longer a significant barrier to communication, nor does it matter which region you are from, which religion you belong to, or what your caste or creed is. These questions are now irrelevant. You are simply looking for someone who shares your thoughts. Once you find someone who respects your ideas or has similar thoughts, your connection with them begins. This process is very natural and does not require much effort. Initially, people from your locality come in to contact with you, and then this journey extends across seas, mountains, and valleys to reach people in distant regions. Previously, this journey was very difficult and required a lot of patience. But now, in the age of information and technology, it has become very convenient. Social media has made this process very easy. From a small city in the state of Maharashtra,India, someone like me, who communicates solely in ‘Marathi’, can have their writing understood, liked, and commented on by people from various countries.
