विक्री व्यवस्थापनाचे सूत्र आता जगण्यात वापरा….!

• Nowadays, we see that governments of various countries are struggling with the increasing issue of unemployment. Additionally, private companies have set sales targets for the candidates they hire and provide salaries and benefits based on achieving these targets.

• आजकाल वाढत्या बेरोजगारी पुढे कोणत्याही देशाचे सरकार हतबल झालेलेच पहायला मिळते. कारण ज्या वेगाने बेरोजगारी वाढतेय त्या वेगाने सरकार त्यांना नोकऱ्या उपलब्ध करून देवू शकत नाही. राहता राहिला प्रश्न तो खासगी क्षेत्राचा. खासगी क्षेत्राने या संधीचा फायदा घेत नोकऱ्या निर्माण करण्याचे प्रमाण वाढवले. पण त्या वाढलेल्या नोकऱ्या ह्या उत्पादन निर्मितीच्या क्षेत्रापेक्षा विक्री आणि विपणन क्षेत्रात अधिक असल्याचे आता स्पष्ट झाले आहे. कारण उत्पादन निर्मितीच्या क्षेत्रात ऑटोमेशन आले आहे. म्हणजेच सध्या जगभरात खासगी उद्योग क्षेत्रातून मिळणाऱ्या नोकऱ्या ह्या निर्मिती क्षेत्रापेक्षा विक्री क्षेत्रातील अधिक आहेत. त्याबरोबर खासगी क्षेत्राने नोकरीसाठी नेमलेल्या उमेदवारांपुढे उद्दिष्ट्य ठेवले. उद्दिष्ट्यपूर्ती प्रमाणेच त्यांना वेतन आणि सुविधा उपलब्ध केल्या आहेत.
