पहिल्यांदा प्रेरणा आणि प्रोत्साहन मधील फरक समजून घ्या…..!

What motivates you?

• What inspires you ? Who are your sources of inspiration ? Or what motivates you ? While these three questions are asked in different ways the answer might be the same: the thing that inspires you. However, inspiration and encouragement are two words with different meanings and states. We often mistakenly consider them synonymous.
• The person or thing that inspires you doesn’t necessarily have to be close to you or familiar. It might be something completely unknown to you. It could be from outside your civilization and culture. It might not speak your language or belong to your caste or religion. On the other hand, the person or thing that encourage you is often close to you and fully familiar. There is an attraction between you and the person or thing that encourage you because of this attraction. However, while an inspiring person or thing may attract you, you don’t necessarily attract them, either because you are not close to them or because you are completely unknown to them.
• Think about it, does it make sense ? That’s why we seek God. True inspirational power lies there. Everything else is just a source of encouragement.

• तुम्हाला कशापासून प्रेरणा मिळते ? तुमच्या प्रेरणास्थानी कोण आहेत ? किंवा तुम्ही कशामुळे प्रेरित होता ? या तीनही वेगवेगळ्या पद्धतीने विचारल्या जाणाऱ्या प्रश्नांचे उत्तर मात्र एकच असू शकते. ते म्हणजे, तुम्हाला प्रेरणादायी असणारी गोष्ट. पण मुळातच प्रेरणा आणि प्रोत्साहन या दोन वेगवेगळ्या अर्थाचे आणि वेगवेगळी अवस्था दर्शविणारे शब्द आहेत. आपण माते त्याला समानार्थी शब्द समजतो.
• प्रेरणा देणारी व्यक्ती किंवा वस्तू ही तुमच्या जवळपासची आणि परिचितच असेल असे नाही. कदाचित ती तुम्हाला पूर्णपणे अनोळखी असू शकते. ती तुमच्या सभ्यता आणि संस्कृती बाहेरची देखील असू शकते. ती तुमची भाषा न बोलणारी किंवा तुमच्या जाती-धर्माबाहेरची असू शकते. याउलट तुम्हाला प्रोत्साहित करणारी व्यक्ती किंवा वस्तू ही तुमच्या जवळपासची असते. ती तुमच्या पूर्ण परिचयाची असते. तुमच्याबद्दल त्या व्यक्तीला किंवा त्या व्यक्ती किंवा वस्तूबद्दल तुम्हाला आकर्षण असते. म्हणजेच आकर्षणापोटीच ती तुम्हाला सतत प्रोत्साहित करत असते.
• पण प्रेरणादायी व्यक्ती किंवा वस्तू ही तुम्हाला आकर्षित करत असली तरी तिला तुम्ही आकर्षित करत नसता, कारण एक तर तुम्ही तिच्या जवळपास नसता किंवा तुम्ही तिच्यासाठी पूर्णपणे अनोळखी असता…..बघा, पटतंय का ? म्हणून तर आपण परमेश्वराचा शोध घेत असतो. खरी प्रेरणादायी शक्ती तीच आहे. बाकी सर्व प्रोत्साहित करणारे घटक आहेत.
