A good leader learns how to use these God-given gifts effectively to achieve their goals. However, many people fail to make proper use of the talents they have been given. Such individuals often speak negatively about others. The lack of development in their leadership qualities is entirely their own fault.

मला वाटतं की प्रत्येकाकडे देवाने दिलेली एक असाधारण अशी गोष्ट आणि प्रतिभा आहे. त्याला वेळीच ओळखणे हीच खरी नेतृत्वाची एक खास अशी गुरुकिल्ली आहे. एक चांगला नेता या देवाने दिलेल्या भेटवस्तूंचा आपल्या ध्येयासाठी योग्य रीतीने कसा वापर करायचा हे शिकेल. पण अनेक लोक आपल्याजवळ असलेल्या या देवाने दिलेल्या भेटवस्तूंचा योग्य रीतीने वापरच करत नाहीत. असेच लोक दुसऱ्यांबद्दल कायम नकारात्मक बोलत असतात. त्यांच्यातील नेतृत्वगुण विकसित होत नाहीत यामध्ये त्यांचाच दोष असतो.
