If you had the power to change one law, what would it be and why?

Laws exist to maintain order in society, but some become outdated or have flaws in their implementation. If I had the power to change a law, I would amend the laws related to education and employment.

There is a significant gap between the current education system and employment opportunities. Many educated young graduates do not get jobs that align with their qualifications. Therefore, I would introduce a law that strengthens the coordination between education and industry.

The problem of unemployment despite having an education will be reduced with this new law. Every young individual will get opportunities based on their skills. The country's economic growth will accelerate. This will bridge the gap between education and employment, making society more empowered.

Importance of This Law:

1. Focus on Practical Education: Education will not remain just theoretical but will be useful for real-world industries.
2. Mandatory Skill Development: Every academic course will include technical and vocational skills.
3. Balance Between Education and Employment: Students will have access to job opportunities even before completing their courses.
4. Encouragement for Startups and New Businesses: Instead of just seeking jobs, young individuals will have special policies to help them start their own businesses.
5. Affordable Quality Education for All: Even poor and middle-class families will have easy access to quality education.

“भारतासारख्या देशात शिक्षण आणि रोजगारात समन्वय साधणारा कायदा हवा….!”

कायदे हे समाजाच्या सुव्यवस्थेसाठी असतात, पण काही कायदे कालबाह्य होतात किंवा त्यांच्या अंमलबजावणीमध्ये त्रुटी राहतात. जर माझ्याकडे एखादा कायदा बदलण्याची शक्ती आली, तर मी शिक्षण आणि रोजगार या संबंधित कायद्यात बदल करेन. सध्याच्या शिक्षण पद्धतीत आणि रोजगाराच्या संधींमध्ये मोठी तफावत आहे. अनेक शिक्षित तरुण पदवीधर होतात, पण त्यांच्या शिक्षणाला अनुरूप रोजगार त्यांना मिळत नाही. त्यामुळे मी शिक्षण आणि उद्योग यांच्यातील समन्वय वाढविणारा कायदा अस्तित्वात आणेन.

शिक्षण घेऊन बेरोजगार राहण्याची समस्या या नव्या कायद्यामुळे कमी होईल. प्रत्येक तरुणाला त्याच्या कौशल्यानुसार संधी मिळेल.देशाचा आर्थिक विकास वेगाने होईल. यामुळे शिक्षण आणि रोजगार यांच्यातील दरी भरून निघेल आणि समाज अधिक सक्षम होईल.

या कायद्याचे महत्त्व:

१. व्यवहार्य शिक्षणावर भर : शिक्षण केवळ पुस्तकी न राहता प्रत्यक्ष उद्योगांसाठी उपयुक्त ठरेल.
२. कौशल्य विकास अनिवार्य : प्रत्येक शिक्षणक्रमात तांत्रिक आणि व्यवसायिक कौशल्यांचा समावेश असेल.
३. शिक्षण आणि रोजगार यांच्यात समतोल : विद्यार्थ्यांना त्यांचा अभ्यासक्रम संपण्याआधीच रोजगाराच्या संधी मिळतील.
४. स्टार्टअप आणि नवीन व्यवसायांना प्रोत्साहन : केवळ नोकरीच्या शोधात न राहता, तरुणांना स्वतःचा व्यवसाय सुरू करण्यासाठी विशेष धोरणे असतील.
५. महागडे शिक्षण सर्वांसाठी सुलभ : गरीब आणि मध्यमवर्गीय कुटुंबांनाही दर्जेदार शिक्षण सहज मिळावे.
