Last month, on February 10, I wrote about the topic of attitude. I had expressed my view that whether you are successful or unsuccessful depends on your attitude. Now, I feel like writing about the same subject again because attitude can be a person’s true and permanent nature, while everything else is just an external façade.

For instance, a person may appear very polite, soft-spoken, and respectful based on their lifestyle and outward behavior. However, their true attitude is only known to those who have built a close relationship with them. Many people often fall for this false external demeanor and end up being deceived. We can see several such examples around us.

Attitude is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than what people do or say. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill.

• Attitude is the Most Important Factor:

Attitude is the most crucial factor in a person’s life. It is more important than the past because while we cannot change our past, we can shape our future with the right attitude. It is more important than education because no matter how highly educated a person is, their knowledge will not be useful without a positive attitude.

• Attitude is More Important Than Money:

Attitude holds greater importance than money because, regardless of financial status, the right mindset enables a person to overcome challenges. No matter how difficult the circumstances, a positive attitude helps in overcoming obstacles and achieving success. More than what people do or say, our attitude matters because it is up to us whether we allow the external world to affect our lives or not.

• Beauty is Temporary:

Attitude is more important than appearance because beauty is temporary, but the right mindset helps a person create a unique identity in society. Attitude is more powerful than natural talent because, even with inborn intelligence, a negative mindset can prevent one from utilizing their abilities effectively. Similarly, even if a person has great skills, they cannot fully benefit from them without a positive perspective.

• A Positive Attitude is Key:

Ultimately, for a successful and happy life, a positive attitude is more important than money, circumstances, education, skills, or beauty. With the right mindset, no obstacle can hold you back.

“बाह्यवर्तनापेक्षा वृत्तीच ठरवते, व्यक्ती कसा आहे…!”

गेल्या महिन्यात म्हणजे १० फेब्रुवारीला मी वृत्ती या विषयावर लिखाण केले होते. तुम्ही यशस्वी की अयशस्वी हे तुमची वृत्ती कशी आहे ? यावर अवलंबून असते असे माझे मत मांडले होते. आता पुन्हा मला त्याच विषयावर लिहावेसे वाटले. कारण वृत्ती हाच माणसाचा स्थायीभाव असू शकतो. बाकीचे सर्व बाह्य आवरणे आहेत. म्हणजे बघा एखादा व्यक्ती त्याच्या राहाणीमानावरून किंवा वरवरच्या वागण्यावरून अतिशय सभ्य, मृदुभाषी, आदराने वागणारा असला तरी अंतस्थ त्याची वृत्ती कशी आहे ? हे त्याच्याशी जवळीक निर्माण झालेल्या लोकांनाच माहीत असते. मात्र त्याच्या खोट्या बाह्यवर्तनावर भाळून अनेकांची फसगत होतंच असते. आपल्या अवती-भवती अशी अनेक उदाहरणे आपल्याला दिसतात.

वृत्ती भूतकाळापेक्षा, शिक्षणापेक्षा, पैशांपेक्षा, परिस्थितीपेक्षा, लोक काय करतात किंवा म्हणतात यापेक्षा अधिक महत्त्वाची असते. ती दिसण्यापेक्षा, नैसर्गिक प्रतिभेपेक्षा किंवा कौशल्यापेक्षा अधिक महत्त्वाची असते.

• वृत्ती हा सर्वात महत्वाचा घटक :-
  वृत्ती (Attitude) हा कोणत्याही व्यक्तीच्या आयुष्यातील सर्वात महत्त्वाचा घटक आहे. ती भूतकाळापेक्षा महत्त्वाची आहे, कारण आपला भूतकाळ बदलता येत नाही, पण योग्य वृत्तीने आपण भविष्य घडवू शकतो. शिक्षणापेक्षा ती महत्त्वाची आहे, कारण कितीही उच्च शिक्षण घेतले तरी सकारात्मक वृत्तीशिवाय त्या ज्ञानाचा उपयोग योग्य प्रकारे करता येणार नाही.
• पैशांपेक्षाही वृत्ती महत्वाची :-
  पैशांपेक्षा वृत्ती महत्त्वाची आहे, कारण पैसा असो किंवा नसो, योग्य दृष्टिकोन असेल तर माणूस परिस्थितीवर विजय मिळवू शकतो. परिस्थिती कितीही प्रतिकूल असली तरी सकारात्मक वृत्ती असेल तर त्यावर मात करून यश मिळवता येते. लोक काय करतात किंवा बोलतात यापेक्षा आपल्या वृत्तीला अधिक महत्त्व आहे, कारण बाहेरच्या जगाचा आपल्या जीवनावर परिणाम होऊ द्यायचा की नाही, हे आपल्याच हातात असते.
• सौंदर्य हे तात्पुरते असते :-
  दिसण्यापेक्षा वृत्ती महत्त्वाची आहे, कारण सौंदर्य तात्पुरते असते, पण योग्य दृष्टिकोनाने माणूस समाजात आपली वेगळी ओळख निर्माण करू शकतो. नैसर्गिक प्रतिभेपेक्षा वृत्ती अधिक प्रभावी ठरते, कारण उपजत हुशारी असूनही जर माणसाची वृत्ती नकारात्मक असेल, तर ती प्रतिभा योग्य प्रकारे उपयोगात येणार नाही. तसेच कौशल्य असूनही जर सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोन नसेल, तर त्याचा पूर्ण फायदा घेता येणार नाही.
• सकारात्मक वृत्तीच महत्वाची :-
  शेवटी, यशस्वी आणि आनंदी जीवनासाठी पैसा, परिस्थिती, शिक्षण, कौशल्य किंवा सौंदर्य यापेक्षा सकारात्मक वृत्तीच अधिक महत्त्वाची ठरते. योग्य दृष्टिकोन असेल, तर कोणतीही अडचण आपल्याला थांबवू शकत नाही.
