Such a moment can only be called a stroke of pure luck.
The world may have become smaller, yet distances remain.
When the question arises — where would I go with these two tickets?
A quiet voice from the corner of my heart softly utters — Japan.
It’s not just a travel destination; it’s a place close to my soul.
Because there, in that distant land, lives my son — a part of my dreams.
1️⃣ A Dream Born from Monsoon Thoughts
It’s the month of Shravan in India, and the gentle rain showers with lush greenery stir emotions in the heart. In such a moment, if I suddenly received two free plane tickets, wouldn’t it feel like a dream? At such a time, I feel — these tickets are not just for travel, but a beautiful chance for a reunion and a fresh experience.
2️⃣ Time Spent with My Son
My son currently lives in Japan. Being away from him is emotionally difficult. These two tickets would give me the opportunity to spend a few precious days with him. The very thought of meeting him in person — the one I only see on video calls every day — brings tears of joy to my eyes.
3️⃣ Japan: A Blend of Modernity and Natural Beauty
Japan is not just known for its technological advancement, but also for its captivating natural beauty. The discipline in cleanliness, the dynamic pace of innovation, and yet the deep connection with nature — all of this is something I long to experience firsthand.
4️⃣ Culture and Courtesy
The humility, discipline, and dedication of Japanese people are admired across the world. Their traditional lifestyle, tea ceremonies, and kimonos — all these cultural elements I hope to witness during this journey. It wouldn’t be just a trip, but a true life experience.

While spending time with my son, we will relive old memories. I will listen to his new life experiences and visit his favorite places. The bond between father and son will reach a new depth. Observing his life closely and being a part of it, even for a short while — that’s the greatest gift of all.

पावसाच्या सरींनी भिजलेलं आभाळ, गार वाऱ्याची सळसळ, आणि हातात दोन मोफत विमानतिकीटं!
असा योग येणं ही नशीबाची गोष्टच म्हणावी लागेल.
आज जग छोटं झालं आहे, पण तरीही अंतरं कमी होत नाहीत.
या दोन तिकिटांनी मी कुठे जाईन, असा प्रश्न जेव्हा समोर येतो,
तेव्हा मनाच्या एका कोपऱ्यातून जपानचं नाव नकळत पुढं येतं.
हे फक्त प्रवासाचं ठिकाण नाही, तर मनाला जिव्हाळ्याचं स्थान आहे.
कारण तिथं आहे माझा मुलगा — माझ्या स्वप्नांचा एक भाग.
1️⃣ पावसाळी विचारांमधून उगमलेलं स्वप्न
सध्या भारतात श्रावण सुरू आहे. पावसाच्या सरी आणि हिरवळ मनाला हुरहुर लावते. अशा वेळी जर अचानक दोन मोफत विमानतिकिटं मिळाली, तर काय स्वप्नवत वाटेल! अशा एका क्षणी मला वाटतं — हे तिकिट म्हणजे एका नव्या भेटीची, नव्या अनुभूतीची संधी आहे.
2️⃣ मुलासोबत घालवलेली साथ
माझा मुलगा सध्या जपानमध्ये राहतो. त्याच्यापासून दूर असणं, हे भावनिकदृष्ट्या कठीण असतं. या दोन तिकिटांनी मला त्याच्यासोबत काही दिवस घालवता येतील. रोज व्हिडिओ कॉलवर दिसणारा तो, प्रत्यक्ष भेटेल, हा विचारच डोळ्यांत आनंदाश्रू आणतो.
3️⃣ जपानची आधुनिकता आणि निसर्गसौंदर्य
जपान हे देश केवळ आधुनिकतेसाठीच ओळखलं जात नाही, तर त्याच्या सौंदर्यानेही मन जिंकून घेतं. साफसफाईची शिस्त, गतीशील तंत्रज्ञान, आणि तरीही निसर्गाशी असलेला नातेसंबंध — हे सगळं मला अनुभवायचं आहे.
4️⃣ संस्कृती आणि सौजन्यशीलता
जपानी लोकांची नम्रता, शिस्त, आणि कामावरील निष्ठा ही जगभर प्रसिद्ध आहे. त्यांची पारंपरिक जीवनशैली, चहा समारंभ, आणि किमोनो या गोष्टी प्रत्यक्ष पाहण्याची संधी मला या प्रवासात मिळेल. ही केवळ सहल नसेल, तर एक जीवनानुभव असेल.
5️⃣ मनातल्या आठवणींना नव्याने उजाळा
मुलासोबत फिरताना आम्ही जुन्या आठवणी शेअर करू. त्याच्या नव्या आयुष्यातील अनुभव ऐकू, आणि त्याच्या आवडत्या ठिकाणी जाऊ. वडील आणि मुलाचं नातं एक नवीन स्तर गाठेल. त्याचं आयुष्य जवळून पाहणं, त्याच्या आयुष्यात थोडा वेळ सहभागी होणं — हीच तर खरी भेट आहे.
6️⃣ प्रवास म्हणजे केवळ अंतर नव्हे, अनुभवही
दोन तिकिटं मला फक्त एका ठिकाणाहून दुसऱ्या ठिकाणी नेणार नाहीत, तर मला स्वतःच्या आयुष्यात एक नवा श्वास देतील. हा प्रवास म्हणजे नात्यांची जवळीक, नवसंस्कारांचा अनुभव, आणि स्वतःला पुन्हा एकदा शोधण्याची संधी असेल.
