Do you see yourself as a leader?

  • When it comes to leadership, everyone thinks in different ways.
    Some want to guide from the front, while others prefer to contribute from behind.
    In my view, remaining a student throughout life is true wisdom.
    With a student’s mindset, we can learn something from everyone.
    The spirit of cooperation feels closer to me than leadership.
    Because cooperation teaches us to walk together, while leadership sometimes creates division.
    In the end, our success or failure is decided by destiny—we are only instruments.

1. Nurturing a Student’s Mindset

Considering oneself a student throughout life keeps the mind always ready to learn. We can learn something from everyone—knowledge from some, experience from others, and patience from yet others. This mindset reduces ego and allows us to live with humility.

2. Cooperation over Leadership

Leadership carries authority, while cooperation is built on trust. I do not wish to lead, but I do wish to support. Cooperation fosters unity within a team and gives everyone the chance to contribute. In such times, the outcome of the work is always better.

3. Not Becoming an Obstacle in Others’ Path

If someone wishes to lead, we should never become an obstacle in their path. Instead, we should lend a hand and make their journey easier. It is important to understand that everyone’s path is different, and we can complement one another.

4. The Equation of Credit and Success

It is not in our hands to decide who gets credit and how much. Sometimes, even after working hard, credit goes to others. But this reality must be accepted. Because ultimately, in every success, it is not only our effort but also destiny that plays a big role.

5. The Unique Role of Destiny

No matter how big our dreams are, whether they come true or not depends on destiny. We should not think of ourselves as overly powerful. When we accept that we are merely puppets dancing on the strings of destiny, life feels much simpler.

6. Where True Peace Lies

For me, true peace lies in living with cooperation, humility, and a student’s mindset. Instead of the expectations and pressures that come with leadership, simple cooperation gives far greater satisfaction. Because, in the end, what truly matters is how many people we helped, how much we learned, and how many hearts we won.

तुम्ही स्वतःकडे एका नेत्याच्या रूपात पाहता का?

  • नेतृत्वाबद्दल बोलताना प्रत्येक जण वेगवेगळ्या पद्धतीने विचार करतो.
    कोणाला पुढे राहून मार्गदर्शन करायचं असतं, तर कोणाला मागे राहून हातभार लावायचा असतो.
    माझ्या दृष्टीने आयुष्यभर विद्यार्थी राहणं हेच खरं शहाणपण आहे.
    विद्यार्थी वृत्ती ठेवली की आपण प्रत्येकाकडून काहीतरी शिकू शकतो.
    नेतृत्वापेक्षा सहकार्याची भावना मला जास्त जवळची वाटते.
    कारण सहकारीपणा एकत्र चालायला शिकवतो, तर नेतृत्व कधी कधी विभाजनही घडवतो.
    शेवटी आपलं यश-अपयश नियतीच ठरवते, आपण फक्त साधनं आहोत.

१. विद्यार्थी वृत्तीची जपणूक

जीवनभर स्वतःला विद्यार्थी समजल्याने मन सतत शिकण्यास तयार राहतं. प्रत्येक माणसाकडून काहीतरी शिकता येतं—कोणाकडून ज्ञान, कोणाकडून अनुभव, तर कोणाकडून सहनशीलता. या वृत्तीमुळे अहंकार कमी होतो आणि नम्रतेने जगता येतं.

२. नेतृत्वापेक्षा सहकार्य

नेतृत्वात अधिकार असतो, तर सहकार्यामध्ये विश्वास असतो. मला नेतृत्व करायचं नाही, पण कुणाला साथ द्यायची आहे. सहकार्यामुळे टीममध्ये ऐक्य निर्माण होतं आणि प्रत्येकाला स्वतःचं योगदान देण्याची संधी मिळते. अशा वेळी कामाचा परिणामही चांगला होतो.

३. दुसऱ्यांच्या मार्गात अडथळा न बनणं

ज्याला नेतृत्व करायचं आहे, त्याच्या वाटेत आपण कधीही अडथळा बनू नये. उलट त्याला हातभार लावावा, त्याचा प्रवास सोपा करावा. हे समजून घेणं महत्त्वाचं की प्रत्येकाची वाट वेगळी आहे आणि आपण एकमेकांना पूरक ठरू शकतो.

४. श्रेय आणि यशाचं गणित

श्रेय कोणाला द्यायचं आणि किती द्यायचं, हे आपल्यावर नसतं. कधीकधी मेहनत करूनही श्रेय इतरांकडे जातं. पण हे वास्तव स्वीकारलं पाहिजे. कारण शेवटी प्रत्येक यशामध्ये केवळ आपला नव्हे, तर नियतीचाही मोठा वाटा असतो.

५. नियतीची अनोखी भूमिका

आपण कितीही मोठी स्वप्नं पाहिली तरी ती पूर्ण होणार की नाही हे नियतीवर अवलंबून असतं. आपल्याला स्वतःला खूप ताकदवान समजायचं नसतं. आपण केवळ नियतीच्या बोटांवर नाचणाऱ्या कळसूत्री बाहुल्या आहोत, हे मान्य केलं की आयुष्य अधिक सोपं वाटतं.

६. खरी शांती कुठे आहे?

माझ्यासाठी खरी शांती म्हणजे सहकार्याने, नम्रतेने आणि विद्यार्थी वृत्तीने जगणं. नेतृत्वात ज्या अपेक्षा आणि दबाव असतात, त्याऐवजी साधेपणाने सहकार्य करणं जास्त समाधान देतं. कारण शेवटी आपण किती लोकांना मदत केली, किती अनुभव आत्मसात केला आणि किती मनं जिंकली—हेच खरं आयुष्याचं मोजमाप आहे.
