What things give you energy?
- To live life, a person needs energy. This energy does not come only from food or rest, but it also arises from faith, belief, and inspiration of the mind. Where there is faith, a person finds the motivation to live with renewed enthusiasm. I am neither a staunch traditionalist nor an atheist, but I do carry faith within my heart. The sense of peace I feel when bowing before the idol of God is the same peace I experience when bowing before ideal personalities. My reverence for laborers, innovators, artists, teachers, and elders is what truly gives me energy. Let us explore a few aspects of this.
1. Faith as Energy
Faith is the greatest driving force in human life. Where there is faith, a person’s actions gain a unique strength. Faith gives the mind stability and creates the energy to move forward, no matter how difficult the circumstances may be.
2. Belief in God
When I bow before God, all the restless energy within me transforms into a positive flow. Looking at the idol of God with devotion naturally calms the mind, and from that calmness comes the strength to move ahead. This faith is my spiritual energy.
3. Influence of Ideal Personalities
Along with God, there are many living ideals who inspire me. Those who live their lives with principles, honesty, and dedication embody another form of faith for me. From them, I draw the energy of hard work, discipline, and positivity.
4. Respect for Laborers and Innovators
Labor holds a great place in my life. Workers and innovators devoted to creation are the true pillars of society. Their hardworking lives and willingness to toil give me real energy. Their tireless efforts inspire me deeply.
5. Inspiration from Artists and Teachers
Artists sow seeds of beauty and thought in society through their art, while teachers light the lamp of knowledge. I have immense reverence for both. From teachers and elders, we receive the energy of wisdom, values, and purpose.

तुम्हाला ऊर्जा कोणत्या गोष्टींमुळे मिळते?
- मनुष्याला जीवन जगण्यासाठी ऊर्जा आवश्यक असते. ही ऊर्जा केवळ अन्नातून किंवा विश्रांतीतून मिळत नाही, तर ती मनाच्या श्रद्धा, विश्वास आणि प्रेरणेतूनही निर्माण होते. जिथे श्रद्धा असते तिथे मनुष्याला नव्या उमेदीने जगण्याची प्रेरणा मिळते. मी स्वतः पक्का सनातनी नाही, तसेच नास्तिक देखील नाही. पण माझ्या अंतःकरणात श्रद्धा आहे. देवाच्या मूर्तीसमोर नतमस्तक होताना मला जे समाधान मिळतं, तेच समाधान मला आदर्श व्यक्तिमत्वांपुढे नतमस्तक होताना देखील मिळतं. मजूर, कार्मिक, कलावंत, शिक्षक आणि वडीलधारी मंडळी यांच्याप्रती असलेली श्रद्धा हीच माझ्यासाठी खरी ऊर्जा आहे. चला, या संदर्भातील काही पैलू जाणून घेऊया.
१. श्रद्धा हीच ऊर्जा
श्रद्धा ही मानवी जीवनातील सर्वात मोठी प्रेरणाशक्ती आहे. जिथे श्रद्धा असते तिथे मनुष्याच्या कृतींना एक वेगळी ताकद प्राप्त होते. श्रद्धा मनाला स्थैर्य देते आणि परिस्थिती कितीही कठीण असली तरी त्यातून पुढे जाण्याची उर्जा निर्माण करते.
२. देवावरील विश्वास
मी देवापुढे नतमस्तक होतो तेव्हा माझ्या अंतःकरणातली सारी गोंधळलेली ऊर्जा एका सकारात्मक प्रवाहात रूपांतरित होते. देवाच्या मूर्तीकडे श्रद्धेने पाहिलं की आपोआपच मन शांत होतं आणि त्या शांततेतून पुढे जाण्याची शक्ती मिळते. ही श्रद्धा माझ्यासाठी आत्मिक ऊर्जा आहे.
३. आदर्शवादी व्यक्तिमत्वांचा प्रभाव
देवाबरोबरच मला प्रेरणा देणारे अनेक जिवंत आदर्शही आहेत. जे लोक आपलं आयुष्य तत्त्वनिष्ठेने, प्रामाणिकपणे आणि समर्पणाने जगतात, त्यांच्यापुढे नतमस्तक होणं म्हणजे श्रद्धेचं दुसरं रूप आहे. त्यांच्याकडून मला मेहनतीची, शिस्तीची आणि सकारात्मकतेची ऊर्जा मिळते.
४. मजूर आणि कार्मिकांप्रती आदर
श्रमाला माझ्या आयुष्यात मोठं स्थान आहे. मजूर अथवा नवनिर्मितीचा ध्यास घेतलेले कार्मिक हे समाजाचे खरे आधारस्तंभ आहेत. त्यांचं श्रमशील जीवन आणि कष्ट करण्याची तयारी मला खऱ्या अर्थाने ऊर्जा देतात. त्यांच्या न थकता चालणाऱ्या प्रयत्नांतून मला प्रेरणा मिळते.
५. कलावंत आणि शिक्षकांची प्रेरणा
कलावंत आपल्या कलेद्वारे समाजात सौंदर्य आणि विचारांचं बीज पेरतात, तर शिक्षक ज्ञानाचा दिवा पेटवतात. मला दोघांविषयीही अपार श्रद्धा आहे. शिक्षकांमुळे आणि वडीलधारी मंडळींमुळे आपल्याला विचारसंपन्नतेची, संस्कारांची आणि ध्येयाची ऊर्जा मिळते.
६. निष्कर्ष
अखेर, ऊर्जा केवळ शरीरातूनच नाही तर मनातूनही निर्माण होते. आणि मनाला ऊर्जा मिळवून देणारी खरी ताकद म्हणजे श्रद्धा. देवावरील श्रद्धा, आदर्शांवरील विश्वास आणि समाजातील श्रमशील, प्रेरणादायी व्यक्तिमत्वांबद्दलचा आदर हीच माझ्या जीवनातील खरी उर्जा आहे. श्रद्धेच्या या प्रवाहातूनच मी आयुष्य अधिक समृद्ध आणि अर्थपूर्ण बनवतो.
