How should one live their life? In reality, it depends on the values instilled in you. It is from these values that your perspective on life is shaped, and your goals and objectives are formed. A child born to parents who have endured the hardships of poverty is raised with the values of overcoming that poverty. As a result, that child prioritizes money in life. On the other hand, children of the wealthy develop a fascination with spending money, having seen the abundance of unaccounted wealth in their homes. Meanwhile, those who seek joy and contentment do not give much importance to money. This is why people who work without any expectations often develop the habit of helping others. Such individuals either work without expecting anything in return or find happiness and fulfillment in using the money they earn to help those in need.

• People who make a show of helping others and pretending to be cooperative are hypocrites. Such people are eventually exposed in society, and their pretense becomes evident to everyone at some point. We often witness such incidents in society.
• I enjoy helping others through work whenever possible. I have never taken up any work solely for the sake of livelihood. The work I’ve done so far has been driven by my pursuit of joy and contentment. If my goal had been to make money, I wouldn’t have become a journalist, playwright, or blogger.
• When you start working without expecting anything in return, people’s perception of you changes. Society begins to view you as an “idealist,” and as a result, your reputation naturally grows.
• Along with my work in journalism and playwriting, I am now actively engaged in blogging. Currently, as a freelancer, I focus on bringing my writing to readers across all these platforms. While there may not be much money in this, I am gaining immense satisfaction and happiness from it.

“पैश्याला महत्व दिले असते तर लेखक झालो नसतो…!”

आपले आयुष्य आपण कसे जगायचे ? हे खरं तर तुमच्यावर होणाऱ्या संस्कारावर अवलंबून असते. तुमच्यावर झालेल्या संस्कारातूनच आयुष्याकडे बघण्याचा तुमचा दृष्टिकोन तयार होत असतो. त्यातूनच तुमचे ध्येय आणि उद्दिष्ट्य तयार होत असते. गरिबीचे चटके सहन करणाऱ्या आई-वडिलांच्या पोटी जन्म घेतलेल्या मुलावर ते गरिबी दूर करण्याचे संस्कार करतात. त्यामुळे ते मूल आयुष्यात पैश्याला प्राधान्य देते. श्रीमंतांच्या मुलांना पैसा कमावण्यापेक्षा खर्च करण्याचे वेड घरात येणाऱ्या बेहिशोबी पैश्याकडे पाहूनच लागलेले असते. तर आनंद आणि समाधान शोधणारी माणसे पैश्याला महत्व देत नसतात. त्यामुळे कोणतीही अपेक्षा न ठेवता काम करणाऱ्या लोकांना सतत इतरांना मदत करण्याची सवय झालेली असते. अशी माणसे एकतर कोणत्याही मोबदल्याशिवाय काम करत असतात किंवा केलेल्या कामापोटी मिळालेल्या पैशातून ते गरजू लोकांना मदत करण्यात त्यांना आनंद आणि समाधान मिळत असते.

• इतरांना ठरवून मदत करत आपण किती सहकार्याची भावना ठेवतो, असा आव आणून दिखावा करत जगणारी माणसे ढोंगी असतात. अशी माणसे कधी ना कधी समाजात उघडी पडतातच. त्यांचे ढोंग लोकांसमोर कधीतरी उघड होतंच असते. असे किस्से आपण समाजात पहात असतो.
• मला जमेल तेवढे इतरांना कामाच्या स्वरूपात मदत करायला आवडते. मुळातच उपजीविकेसाठी म्हणून मी कोणतेच काम आजवर स्वीकारले नाही. मला आनंद आणि समाधान मिळावे यासाठीच आजवर काम करत असल्याने उलट पैसा कमावण्याचे ध्येय ठेवले असते तर मी पत्रकार, नाटककार, ब्लॉगर झालोच नसतो.
• विना मोबदला जर तुम्ही काम करायला लागलात तर तुमच्याकडे बघण्याचा दृष्टीकोन बदललेला असतो. समाज तुम्हाला “आदर्शवादी” समजत असतो. त्यामुळे आपोआप तुमची प्रतिष्ठा वाढत असते.
• मी वृत्तपत्रीय नोकरी, नाट्य लेखनाबरोबरच आता ब्लॉग लेखनात स्वतःला गुंतवून घेतले आहे. सध्या मी फ्रिलान्सर म्हणून काम करत असताना या सर्व क्षेत्रातून आपले लेखन वाचकांपर्यंत पोहोचविण्याचे काम करतोय. अर्थात यात पैसा नाही तर समाधान आणि आनंद मोठ्याप्रमाणात मिळतोय.
