केवळ भौगोलिक वाढ देशाला समृद्ध करत नसते….!

• If education fosters brain development, what can we say about the growth of the brain that occurs alongside the body ? If the increase in the size of organs is referred to as physical growth, then why do we need to undertake different experiments to enhance the capabilities of a specific organ ? For the growth of limbs like hands and feet, which are essential for labor, we need to engage in specific exercises. To keep our eyesight sharp, we must take special care of each organ in the body.
• Similarly, it is the same with a country. Merely expanding its geographical boundaries does not make a country strong and prosperous. The territory we consider our own is what we define as our country. The various regions within it are its organs, the capital city is its heart, and the diverse people of different castes and religions living in it are its lifeblood. Simply expanding land does not make a country powerful. A nation achieves holistic development only when every part of it is developed according to its needs. So, why do wars occur to seize each other’s territories..?

• जर शिक्षणामुळे मेंदूचा विकास होत असेल तर मग शरीराबरोबरच होणाऱ्या मेंदूच्या वाढीला काय बरं म्हणता येईल ? मग जर अवयवांच्या आकारमानाच्या होणाऱ्या वाढीला शारीरिक वाढ म्हणत असतील तर एखाद्या अवयवाच्या क्षमता वाढीसाठी वेगळे प्रयोग का बरं करावे लागतात ? आपल्याला श्रमासाठी उपयुक्त ठरणाऱ्या हात आणि पाय या अवयवांच्या वाढीसाठी वेगळी कसरत करावी लागते. डोळ्यांची नजर निर्दोष रहावी यासाठी वेगळे उपाय करावे लागतात. म्हणजे शरीराच्या प्रत्येक अवयवासाठी आपल्याला वेगळी काळजी घ्यावीच लागते.
• देशाचं पण असंच असतं. केवळ भौगोलिक वाढ ही देशाला सुदृढ आणि संपन्न करू शकत नसते. आपला म्हणून जो भूभाग रेखांकित केला आहे, त्यालाच आपण आपला देश समजतो. त्यातील वेगवेगळे प्रदेश हे त्याचे अवयव आहेत. त्याच्या राजधानीचे शहर हे त्याचे हृदय आहे. तर देशात राहणारे विविध जातीधर्माचे लोक हा त्याचा प्राण आहे. केवळ भूभाग विस्तारत नेला म्हणजे देश बलाढ्य ठरत नाही. तर देशाच्या प्रत्येक अवयवाचा त्याच्या गरजेप्रमाणे विकास केला तरच देशाचा सर्वांगीण विकास होतो. मग एकमेकांचा भूभाग गिळण्यासाठी युद्धे का होत आहेत..?
