• विनाशकारी अनुशक्तीचा वापर मानवाच्या कल्याणासाठी करता येतो हा युक्तीवादच मुळात हास्यास्पद आहे. मात्र बाजारीकरणातील वर्चस्ववादामध्ये बलाढ्य देश हे दुर्बल देशांना हा युक्तिवाद मान्य करायला लावतात. अनुचाचणी यशस्वी करेपर्यंत गोपनीयता पाळत जगाला शांततेचा संदेश देणारे ताकदवान देश एकत्र येवून जागतिक स्तरावर शांततेचा पुरस्कार करणारे व्यासपीठ निर्माण करतात. या व्यासपीठाचे सदस्य हे सगळे अण्वस्त्रधारी देश असतात.
• जंगलाची राखण करणारा रक्षक जर अंधारात प्रकाश हवा म्हणून जंगलाला आग लावणार असेल तर आगीत भस्मसात होणारी जंगले पुन्हा कधी निर्माण होणार ? रात्रीच्या अंधारानंतर दिवसाचा उजेड हा तर निसर्गक्रम आहे. तो देखील आपल्याला बदलायचा असेल तर मग सर्वशक्तिमान असलेला निसर्ग आपल्याला साथ देईल का ?
• बदलत्या गतिमान जगाचे जगणे देखील बदलले आहे. ज्याला त्याला फक्त पुढे पळायचे आहे. इथे कुणीच कुणासाठी थांबायला तयार नाही. कुणीच कुणाला सोबत घ्यायला तयार नाही. प्रत्येकजण फक्त एकट्याच्या जगण्याचा स्वार्थी विचार करत आहे.
• अशा वातावरणात पुस्तकात सापडणारे आपल्या पूर्वजांचे साधे, सोपे आणि सरळमार्गी जगणे पुन्हा एकदा आपल्याला शिकवायला स्वर्गातून एखादा प्रेषितच आला पाहिजे. तो आपल्या सामर्थ्याच्या जोरावर बेफाम , उद्दाम आणि खोटेपणाचा महाराक्षस झालेल्या माणसाला वाकवेल. त्याला साधे, सोपे आणि सरळमार्गी जीवन जगायला भाग पाडेल. खरंच असा कुणी प्रेषित असतो का ? आपल्या पूर्वजांच्या सांगण्यावरून तो स्वर्गातून येईल का ? ही जर कल्पित कथा असेल तर मग आपल्यातूनच कुणी शक्तिमान प्रेषित तयार होईल का ? खरंच मला या विषयाची माहिती हवीय.
