  तीस वर्षांची लेखनयात्रा, पत्रकारितेतील विविध टप्प्यांचा अनुभव, आणि आता निवृत्तीच्या उंबरठ्यावर आलेले आयुष्य.

१. लेखनाची तीन दशकांची साथ

गेल्या तीस वर्षांपासून लेखन हे केवळ छंद नव्हते, तर जगण्याचा श्वास बनले होते. वृत्तपत्रे, मासिके, नवे माध्यम – सगळीकडे शब्दांनी आपला ठसा उमटवला. पत्रकारितेच्या क्षेत्रात काम करताना अनेक भूमिका पार पाडल्या. कधी रिपोर्टर, कधी फीचर रायटर, कधी संपादकीय मंडळाचा भाग – प्रत्येक भूमिकेत शिकायला मिळालं.

२. निवृत्तीची वाट आणि नवा विचार

निवृत्ती जवळ येत असताना मनात ठरवलं होतं – आता लेखन मर्यादित करायचं. सोशल मीडियावर हा निर्णयही जाहीर केला होता. आयुष्य शांतपणे घालवायचं, हेच मनाचं ठरवलं होतं. पण आयुष्याचे नियोजन कधी आपल्याला विचारता का? अनपेक्षित संधी समोर आली आणि विचार बदलावा लागला.

३. ‘अमृतवेल’शी नातं

‘अमृतवेल मीडिया ग्रुप’मध्ये संपादकपदाची संधी मिळाली, तेव्हा मनाचा ठाव घेणारा आनंद झाला. हा केवळ नवा पदभार नव्हता, तर आजवरच्या लेखनकार्यास मिळालेलं सन्मानचिन्ह होतं. या ब्रॅंडशी नाव जोडण्याचा अभिमान हा आयुष्यातील महत्त्वाचा टप्पा ठरला आहे.

व्यवस्थापकीय संपादक धर्मेंद्र पवार यांनी माझ्यावर ठेवलेला विश्वास मनाला भारावून टाकतो. त्यांच्या ऊर्जेमुळे आणि दृष्टीकोनामुळे या प्रवासाला एक वेगळी गती मिळाली. आठ दिवसांपूर्वी ठरवलेला मर्यादित लेखनाचा विचार बदलून मी नवे आव्हान स्वीकारले.

५. चार मासिकांची जबाबदारी

‘बिझनेस’, ‘लाईफस्टाईल’, ‘गव्हर्नन्स’ आणि ‘मनीप्लस’ – ही चार मासिकं मराठी भाषेतून प्रकाशित होत आहेत. त्यांना अधिक वाचकप्रिय, माहितीपूर्ण आणि परिणामकारक बनवणं ही आता माझी जबाबदारी आहे. माझा पत्रकारितेतील अनुभव या मासिकांच्या गुणवत्तेत नव्या उंचीचा स्पर्श देईल, याची खात्री आहे.

६. नव्या अध्यायाची सुरुवात

निवृत्तीच्या उंबरठ्यावरही नवं काम, नवी धडपड आणि नव्या शक्यता समोर उभ्या ठाकल्या आहेत. लेखनाशी नातं आता आणखी दृढ झालं आहे. ‘अमृतवेल’सोबतचा हा नवा अध्याय आयुष्याला अर्थ देणारा आणि पुढच्या पिढीला मार्गदर्शक ठरणारा आहे.
